Public Session
Owner of Mary O’s has been threatened with being ticketed by an unknown individual for having lines that go out onto the sidewalk
District Manager confirmed that Mary O’s is not breaking the law
Residents spoke against the opening of a new 24/7 intake center in the district due to possibility of crime and danger it could bring to the neighborhood
residents requesting more information and to have a voice in the decision to open this intake center

Reminder that community boards are city agencies, making community board members part-time public servants
City is working with MCB3 to resolve the delivery bike workers situation on E 7th Street
no known solution yet, but the current administration is working on it, including finding a better long-term solution for bike storage

Resolution in support of naming a section of Tompkins Square Park after skateboarder Harold Hunter will likely come next month, awaiting guidance from NYC Parks on the proper way to rename a section of a park
Transportation, Public Safety, & Environment
DOT presented on their new e-bike charging initiative
25 sites across the city, 5 in MCB3 propose with 2-3 likely to be selected
Two new inter-city bus stop applications applying to make stops in MCB3, one coming from Cincinnati, Ohio and the other from Atlantic City, New Jersey
Health, Seniors, & Human Services / Youth, Education, & Human Rights
Newly opened housing for seniors 55+ years old who are formerly homeless and for survivors of domestic violence on E 2nd Street
Land Use, Zoning, Public & Private Housing
Landmarks Committee
Resolution supporting the replacement of deteriorated vinyl windows with aluminum windows at St. Nicholas of Myra Orthodox Church
Resolution approving continuing maintenance plan required for air rights transfer to 50-64 Third Avenue from St. Mark’s Church in the Bowery
this is the first time this process is occurring, with newly relaxed requirements for the air rights transfer process under City of Yes!

Resolution to approve the cannabis license for MAD GIO & Proper Prints LLC at 68 Clinton Street

Two resolutions for MCB3 staff salary increases for the community associates, to provide a $2,000 raise
